I am currently working with a large client in the UK who are looking for a 1st/2nd Line Helpdesk Analyst and join their growing team. They are a global physical asset management company and have been in the business for decades. With their office in Central London, they are looking for someone to help the team to log and deal with the support requests and administer the desktop, network and backup environment.

You will be rewarded with an excellent package that includes:

Salary of £32,000
5% pension scheme + 3% non-contributory pension = 8% Pension
25 days of holidays
Private Healthcare Plan
Once probation is passed, a £400 healthy living contribution is provided

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a 1st/2nd line helpdesk analyst
Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange, Windows, Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, WINS)
Software installations, software support and pc/laptop imaging
