Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Hours: Full time role; 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday (office based)
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £20,000 - 21,500
Location: Salisbury

Please note: my client are willing to provide full training, with the opportunity to undertake NVQ qualifications in relevant subjects. There is free, onsite parking.

Job Responsibilities

Manage the planning for a team of Engineers across a specific territory
Ensure the planning team cover the full national field service by supporting your planning colleagues
Plan work from the Customer Service team by managing the work logged on the system and contacting customers to book in the work
Ensure all work in planned in a timely manner
Work to ensure Engineers are fully utilised and planned to their maximum availability
Work with the depot and field management to ensure a smooth transition of work from Customer Service to the field
Ensure the planning team are planning efficiently and that the jobs have clear instructions for work and equipment required
Ensure any work not completed on a first visit is booked in with customers to return and completeDesirable:

Experience in planning engineers/transport/logistics
Excellent communication skills
The ability to liaise with customers and colleagues at all levels
Strong attention to detail
A strong work ethic and commitment to their team
Flexibility within the team to assist and cover where needed
The ability to work in a high pressure, but rewarding environment
