Technical Manager

Salary: £75k – 95k + Package

Renowned for creating award winning homes that exceeds expectations, my client is looking for a Technical Manager to join the business. Schemes will vary from several high-rise RC Frame towers to apartment led residential developments.

You will:

• Oversee all technical matters including design and approvals • Be responsible for the control of the design process from planning application through to project completion

• Lead design team meetings, as well as ensuring that queries are resolved in a timely manner

• Provide technical advice on the feasibility of projects

• Have RC Frame and Traditional Build experience

• Be confident leading a team

• Be able to work to a budget

• Previously worked for a developer

• Effectively prioritise work to ensure delays don't occur at any time during the project
