They are looking to recruit an experienced HR Systems Manager to join their People Hub team. The role is to start immediately until 31st October2022, working 37hrs a week, this is working from home and equipment will be supplied.
The hourly rate is £21.91 - £26.14ph, which equates to £42,14 - £50,296pa dependent on experience.
As part of the People Services Hub leadership team, this role supports leading and managing the operational service delivery of the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment and onboarding, core HR transactional from a systems perspective.
The role holder needs extensive experience and expertise in leading and managing a HR Systems team in a complex environment where there is a need to support multiple legacy systems. They are a people and customer centric, inspirational leader who engages and motivates teams. They are an effective communicator, who can build strong and effective stakeholder relationships with the ability to work across boundaries, influence people and outcomes, and achieve agreed deliverables and solutions to problems to ensure they stay solved.
Actively managing the day-to-day operation of the Systems team of eight, ensuring key business targets, SLAs and KPIs are met to ensure the quality, credibility and legal and technical compliance of services provided.
Work in close partnership with the existing Systems Manager to provide technical upskilling and knowledge transfer relating to project activity for smoother transition for future development and SAP modules.
Take accountability for data integrity in systems and ensure appropriate and relevant audit controls are in place and to comply with GDPR legislation.Skills and Experience:
Demonstrable experience of directly managing upto fifteen HR systems where data integrity is core
Prior experience of managing capacity and workload planning in an operationally demanding environment and managing performance in line with agreed SLA's
Customer centric - experience of designing and developing candidate and employee centric processes across the end-to-end employee lifecycle with a focus on automation and self service
