An early finish every Friday (13:30) Reporting to the Head of Engineering, the Mechanical Design Engineer will work closely with internal teams to support product development and the design of bespoke mechanical products to client specifications and the latest standards. Duties include:

Mechanical design of flow control equipment, screening machinery and rotary equipment
Develop new and existing designs considering new materials and process methodologies
Investigate improvements in the design or engineering capability of existing products
Work as a team to promote continuous improvement processes for product design and manufacture. What you’ll need:

Previous experience within a similar mechanical design role
Experience using Engineering / 3D design software such as Autodesk, Solidworks or similar What you’ll get:

Up to £45,000 depending on experience
Monday to Thursday 08:15 – 16:45, Friday 08:00 – 13:30
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
