Pertemps Medical Professionals are sourcing CPN's with NHS Experience for our clients based in and around the Oxfordshire Region.

We are looking for a Band 6 Clinician Care Co-ordinator (will consider OTs CPNS or Social Workers) to work in Oxford 
ASAP start-for at least 3 months

37.5 hours per week: Monday to Friday 9 – 5 Initially the candidate will be based in the office and then as a team we work on a rotation of a week in the office then a week working from home.
During the weeks when working remotely home visits to patients are expected.

The role has been described as follows:
Working with clients with first episode psychosis offering assessments and treatment and a range of interventions.

The following skills have been specified: -
Care co-ordination skills, experience of working in the community and car driver.
