As a marketing executive, you'll contribute to and develop integrated marketing campaigns to promote Vision Teaching, raise awareness of the brand and help attract & retain teachers and support workers that work for Vision teaching . This role is perfect for someone that wants to progress their digital marketing career and is willing to learn and take ownership.

As Digital Marketing, Social Media & Events Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for assisting the Managing Director in the development of digital marketing strategies including SEO, PPC and other traffic driving techniques. This role will also proactively manage the day-to-day operations of the website and digital marketing campaigns.
As a marketing executive, you'll need to:
Provide weekly insights on web performance and recommend actions to improve key metrics using web analytics.
Provide insights into improving the customer journey
Supporting with developing and implements SEO and PPC strategies to drive traffic to the website
External facing brand awareness ensure all marketing are aligned to the wider marketing strategy so we have a joined up and cohesive brand image and message
Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practice alongside regularly auditing competitors
Create awareness of and develop the brand you're marketing
Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships
Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns
Write and proofread marketing copy for both online, print & social media campaigns
Produce creative content, including videos and blog posts
Run social media channels
Organise and attend events such as conferences, seminars, CPD, social events, recruitment fairs and exhibitions
Maintain, capture update candidate information from campaigns and transfer to the database
Conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups
Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
With experience, you'll need to:
develop and implement a marketing strategy (often as part of a wider sales and marketing programme)
evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising and SEO to make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective
track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management
monitor and report on competitor activity
Although we are seeking someone with experience we will also consider graduates particularly in the following subjects:
* business or management
* IT or computer science
We are looking for a combination of personal qualities and experience. An awareness of digital media techniques & social media is also useful.

Working hours are generally 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday in term time and 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday in school holidays. However, you may need to work some evenings when organising or attending events or when working on a big marketing campaign
