Recruitment Partner – Head Office Functions
Up to £50,000
Hybrid 2 days in Watford Office
You’ll be joining the business at a time of change in this growing recruitment function, reporting into the new UK Talent Acquisition Lead and taking the lead on all things Head Office recruitment. As head office recruitment goes, this role is varied – you’ll not focus on finance, marketing or any other specific discipline but will cover all roles broadly based at head office. You’ll need to be switched on and capable of identifying the best route to market for certain roles and understand the nuances in approach required.
You’ll have the usual tools available (ATS, LinkedIn, job boards etc.) so won’t be expected to do it with your hands behind your back but will have a new TA Lead to support you who will be looking to make a mark in post and, therefore, will be looking for you to work alongside him and explore how the function can innovate to drive candidate attraction and engagement. You’ll help the development of key talent pools and work proactively alongside the day to day recruiting to raise the profile of the business.
What do you need to be able to demonstrate?
You’ll need to show breadth of recruiting experience but, critically, be able to demonstrate strong relationship management skills and a genuine partnering/ consultative approach. You’ll understand the nuances of working with active and passive candidates and will help the business (and hiring managers) to better engage with the latter, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent for the future, growing needs of the business.
HO is in Watford and you will need to be on site 2 days a week
