Associate Director – Commercial Property Management - Flexible Working – Numerous Benefits – 6 UK offices managing £15bn of Commercial Property - Central London

Their Property management team looks after over £14bn of commercial property across their 6 UK offices.  The company works on behalf of fund managers, REITs, private equity groups, and foreign investors helping to ensure their assets work harder, delivering higher returns and better performance.
The Job:
An opportunity has arisen within the portfolio management team for an Associate Director in my client’s London Office to help continue delivering the highest levels of satisfaction amongst tenants and clients alike.
Day-to-day job management of London estates. This will require the person to manage and take ‘full ownership’ of assigned properties, including responsibility for all aspects of service delivery, tenant liaison, service charge management, and compliance. Regular reporting and client contact, Confidence in delivering the fundamentals of property management and seeking to add value where appropriate.
Essential job duties as Associate Director will include:

An understanding of the rationale behind asset management opportunities and showing a readiness to engage in negotiations.
An eagerness to find avenues for new clients and work and become involved in the process.
Excellent organisational skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, capable of communicating at various levels.
Effective PC skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft and Google packages.
Able to use own initiative 
The ideal candidate must have:

Great service delivery including working in partnership with internal and external individuals and good communicating in writing and verbally.

In Return:
