Marketing Executive- Salford Quays/ Hybrid – Up to £35,000

We are looking to hire a Marketing Executive to join our dynamic and professional team. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to own and deliver integrated marketing campaigns for our Skills City Spark and STEM brands.

The Role:
 
This role is key in supporting our marketing strategy. The successful candidate will bring solid experience and understanding of devising successful integrated marketing campaigns across the higher education sector.
 
We are looking for a true team player as you will be required to offer guidance, support, and experience to all areas of the marketing mix, whilst keeping up to date on all trends and championing best practices.
 
Your key responsibilities will consist of:

Creating and managing integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of promoting our various STEM programmes in schools and education
Managing the processes, implementation, tracking and measurement of relevant marketing campaigns.
Briefing and overseeing the work of internal and external agencies, such as designers, photographers, videographers and printers, who will deliver many of the key aspects of the campaign activity.
Working within a budget and reporting spending to the Director of Marketing
Writing, editing and proofreading copy.
Being an ambassador for the company’s brand, and ensuring brand identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels.
Delivering regular reports of marketing campaign results, in line with KPIs.
Ensuring the accuracy of marketing materials.
Creating a library of video and print case studies.
Collecting and using GDPR compliant data to inform new campaigns and evaluate existing campaigns.
Take a key role in the organisation of any events, trade shows or exhibitions. This occasionally might require work outside of core business hours.
Updating and managing the company’s website(s) including SEO.
Supporting the social media activity relating to campaigns and specific business areas.
Keeping abreast of current trends in marketing and relevant industry sectors. 
Skills and Experience:
Essential:

2+ years generalist marketing experience
Strong Writing and editing skills, with a flair for storytelling.
Experience of events and campaigns
Experience of using a variety email/marketing automation tools.
Experience of CRM and website management
Excellent knowledge core social media tools including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram and best practices.
Excellent project and time management skills
Creative thinker with good problem-solving skills.
Experience of working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent reporting skills
Team player 
What you’ll get:

Salary £28,000- £35,000 DOE
25 days holiday (plus additional 3 days over Christmas)
