Business Development Manager – Leeds Bradford – up to £46k basic *+ uncapped commission

Hybrid Working – 1 days office/4 days home.

As an BDM you’ll play a pivotal role in creating new business opportunities, identifying leads, email campaigns, cold calling and booking meetings. In this role you’ll be expected to build a pipeline of high-growth companies.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of the BDM :

* Cold calling businesses to generate new sales opportunities

* Build long-term relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities

* Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

* Book meetings or calls between prospects and the BDM team

* Report weekly, monthly and quarterly results to the Sales Director

Skills/attributes required:

* Similar sales experience with a track record of exceeding lead generation targets

* Strong communication skills via phone an email

* Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills

* Strong desire and ability to develop into a Business Development or Account Executive role

Salary: £40,000.00-£46,000.00 per year plus comm

Additional pay:

* Bonus scheme

* Commission pay


* 8 hour shift

* Monday to Friday
