An excellent opportunity to join a highly reputable facilities maintenance company working on a prestigious commercial site in Salisbury. You will join the on site maintenance team to ensure the building planned maintenance and reactive issues are resolved throughout.

This is a Monday to Friday position working 8am to 5pm, there is no on call rota with this position but there is plenty of overtime opportunity if you wish to pick up more hours

Requirements

NVQ Level 2 / 3 in Plumbing
Experience working within a commercial FM environment
Unvented Hot Water Systems (desirable)Duties / Responsibilities

To carry out pre planned and reactive maintenance
Using PDA to complete scheduled works
Liaising with client and on site Technical Manager
Working on drains, toilets, taps, water temps, water systems, drains, fixing leaksBenefits
