Due to continued expansion, an excellent opportunity is now open to join Pin Point Recruitment. We are looking for highly motivated Individuals who are keen to step into the world of Recruitment and learn from the best in the business.
This role may suit people who are fresh out of university or college and are looking for a career within an industry that gives big rewards for people with a good work ethic.
As someone who is new into the recruitment industry you will receive full extensive training on every part of the role from account management to sales and client relationship building.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Resourcing suitable candidates including advertising, vetting and interviewing
• Managing a portfolio of existing clients as well as generating new opportunities
• Managing candidates and clients expectations whilst delivering a high quality service for the Industrial sector
• Implementation and understanding of the rules and regulations that govern the industry
• Running recruitment campaigns and resourcing the right worker for the right roles
• Building and running your own team
Required Skills & Experience
• Excellent people skills
• Agile forward thinker
• Ability to build strong relationships
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Valid driving license with access to own vehicle
