Customer Service Trainer
* Location: Liverpool City Centre
* Salary: £28,000
* Contract: Full time, Permanent

We are currently recruiting for a Call Centre Trainer for one of the leading providers of insurance and legal services located in Tithebarn Street, Liverpool city centre. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a positive working environment where all the employees work together towards success. The purpose of this role is to -
* Devise and deliver training in line with the Training Policy in an efficient and effective manner to ensure the continual contribution to the firm's quality of all services offered.
* Achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
* Provide feedback reports on activities or risks identified to the FRU Academy Manager
* Monitor training evaluation feedback to ensure a continual contribution to the firm's quality of all services offered Reporting to the FRU Academy Manager. This role will include tasks such as -
* Support the business in providing quality training data.
* Identify any risk, training or performance needs and liaise with the FRU academy manager.
* Keep up to date with developments with company systems, practices and procedures
* Actively promote and represent Quality Assurance Department
* Design, prepare, facilitate and/or review all areas of the training to meet the needs of the business, including amending documentation as and when required, in accordance with procedural updates, systems changes and legislative and regulatory guidelines.

To be considered for this role you will need skills such as

* A high awareness of company systems, processes, procedures and FRU schemes across all areas of the business.
* High experience in customer service.
* Ability to be confident, creative and professional when training
* Ability to interpret information, identify risk and provide feedback in a clear and concise manner
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure. Benefits include -
