Job title – Community Nurse

Start Date - ASAP
Contract Length - ongoing
Location - Kent
Short description – Sirona Medical are looking for a mixture of Registered Nurses on behalf of NHS and private clients of ours in the following locations.

Responsibilities: Shift co-ordination and allocation, medication (JAC trained), risk assessment, care planning, report writing, attendance at MDT meetings

Skills: Experience of CAMHS inpatient setting preferred, Enhanced DBS, experience of shift co-ordination, for band 6 staff should have enough experience to be the senior nurse on duty.

We are in the process of expanding our therapeutic offer and are looking for highly skilled, compassionate, and motivated clinicians, from a range of professional backgrounds, who are looking for a long-term role within the Kent and Medway Adolescent Hospital (KMAH) team. We can offer a starting 3 month contact with the possibility of on-going 3 monthly extensions
