Juice Recruitment are proud to be supporting a fantastic organisation based in Leominster with their search for Customer Service Advisors to start on an ongoing, temporary basis until December 2022, with potential to be extended and lead to permanent opportunities.

The role will be to support across all customer service functions including telephone, social media and email.

No previous office experience is required! This is a fantastic opportunity if you are seeking your first office-based role, or simply seeking ongoing temporary work!

Duties Include:

* Answering calls in a professional manner

* Responding to queries via email and social media

* General administration to support the department

* Ensuring all customer interactions are recorded accurately onto the system.

Candidate experience:

* An excellent telephone manner

* Excellent customer service skills

* The ability to communicate well at all levels

* Assertiveness, confidence, and the ability to challenge established ways of working.

Hours of work:

Working 4 days per week on a rota basis.

* 9am to 7pm, Monday to Friday,

* 9am to 5pm Saturday

* 10am to 4pm Sunday on a Rota basis

Pay is £10.21 per hour + shift allowance for weekends
