My client who are a training company are looking for someone to make outbound calls to previous candidates whose certificates are due to expire.  You will see if they are still working in the same industry and needing to renew the certificate, and in turn booking on to the course again. 

Another side of the role is calling companies that have used their training services previously to see if they require their services again. 

This is a temporary role initially but there could be a permanent role available for the right person
