My client is private equity backed business operating in a developing, cutting-edge sector.

The business is poised for substantial future growth and is about to embark on a significant phase of development.

The Finance Director will be a key member of the senior management team and alongside all of the standard financial management responsibilities, you will be expected to contribute to and help guide decision-making across the organisation.

The ability to spot potential issues and to recommend and implement solutions will be key.

You will be a Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with experience in either a PLC or private equity-backed environment, with the ability to operate at a detailed level as well as having a strategic approach.

The role will be home based, but with liaison with the senior management team and investors who are primarily South-East based
