Due to their growth and expansion within the market they are now looking to appoint a Managing Director to lead and steer the company in the most profitable direction while also implementing its vision, mission, and long-term goals.
The role is to provide inspiration, motivation, and guidance to all members of staff, leaders, and managers within in a company. You will be in charge of managing and directing the company's operations, to make sure it achieves its objectives effectively and efficiently.
The successful appointment will have financial responsibility and will take the lead on future growth plans, enforcing structure and process, employee development and customer service.
The ideal candidate will have commercial awareness and knowledge of the home improvement industry, both within the commercial and retail markets. You will be a strategic thinker, a strong communicator and have the courage to make difficult decisions when required. This role is suited to an ambitious individual who is adaptable to change, energetic and driven to move the business forward.
