We are currently looking for an Assistant/ Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established national contractor working on residential and commercial contracts in the London area. 

The company specialises in bespoke fit-outs and joinery projects.

The business has a friendly and welcoming environment and they have a strong growth plan in place for the foreseeable future. 

About the Role:

Create cost reports
Carry out valuations
Monitor and price variations
Liase with clients and sub-contractors
Assist with estimating new projects when required
Measurement and the likeThe candidate will:

Have basic experience within the industry, fit out would be beneficial but not essential as training will be given. 
Work well with others
Looking to grow within the company
For the right candidate if required further education on a time release funded path could be available
