Receptionist required to join a global market leading manufacturing business on a 12 month FTC based in the Reading area, starting immediately.
To be successful in this position, you will need previous experience working in a corporate receptionist role or customer facing environment. This is a key role as you will be the first point of contact the business, offering a warm welcome for all customers and visitors, whilst also supporting a wide variety of colleagues and stakeholders day to day.  
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000
Location: Reading
Fixed Term Contract – 12 Months
Role Overview:

Be the first point of contact, offering a warm greeting service to all visitors
Manage all reception phone queries
Respond to email queries efficiently
Organise and collect post / deliveries from the delivery hub and distributing accordingly
Assisting customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Booking meeting rooms and manage the communal areas
Supporting office events  
Experience & Skills Required:

Experience working in a corporate office / receptionist role
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Friendly and approachable attitude
Keen attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
