Due to continued business success, our client which has been ranked very high in the best places to work in the world, is looking to strengthen their team of Customer Service Advisors for their leading consumer product company specialising in Beauty and Grooming, Health and well being as well as House hold products.
Working from home you will handle inbound calls, web chats and emails. Your role will be to respond to queries regarding the client’s products within the range of queries, complaints, advice seeking, and general customer service duties. You should be prepared to handle these contacts in a sensitive and empathetic manner when necessary, and to ensure that the customer is fully satisfied at all times.
Every call is different, and the ability to effectively control the call, in a calm and positive manor is essential. With active listening, and effective questioning skills, combined with a persuasive style and strong product knowledge, you will provide a first time resolution of every call, ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.
Full product training will be given during your induction.
You will be IT literate, be fluent in Dutch and English and be competent using in house systems.
Appropriate home working workspace and equipment – (Own Internet Connection/Excellent WIFI connection)
Hours per week 37.5 – Training in the first 2 weeks will be 9am-5pm (100% attendance required)
Shifts between Monday and Friday 7.45am-4.15pm
Salary £21,450 per annum.
