Ideal Recruit are looking for HGV Class 1 Drivers with asap start to join our client in Newcastle, ST5 posst code area.

Friday to Monday rota with overtime available during the week. 

8pm - 3 am start times.

You'll be responsible for:

-Carrying out driver checks before you start the engine.
-Carrying out at least two runs over each 24 hour shift, often to different stores.
-Helping with loading and unloading your vehicle and any other work that needs carrying out – including cleaning your vehicle and trailer.
-Delivering on time, but always safely, making sure our reputation for excellence includes driving!

Day shift 06:00-13:59
Day £15.02 (WITH HOLIDAY £16.83)
Overtime after 45 hours £20.75 (WITH HOLIDAY £23.25)

Afternoon shift 14:00-21:59
Afternoon £16.95 (WITH HOLIDAY £18.99)
Overtime after 45 hours £22.68 (WITH HOLIDAY £25.42)

Night shift 22:00-05:59
Night £17.64 (WITH HOLIDAY £19.77)
Overtime after 45 hours £23.37 (WITH HOLIDAY £26.19)

What we require from you:
HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence hold for minimum of 1 year
Valid CPC / Tacho card
No more than 6 points on your licence
