Our client a Social Housing Maintenance and Repairs contractor requires a Voids Supervisor and a Senior Voids Supervisor on a full time, permanent basis to oversee the voids works for Croydon Council properties that they are in charge of.

Duties:

Oversee day to day void property maintenance and repairs for the company.

Managing up to 10 multi trades, ensuring the works are carried out to specification.

Managing / Liaising with subcontractors with effective management and communication.

Liaising / Reporting to Managers and Head office.

Ensuring smooth transition of works for new tenants to move in.

Croydon Council properties. Ensuring rip outs / cleans outs are actioned and the necessary repairs actioned by your multis across the division.

The salary is between £35k - £40k depending on experience / role applied for.

Works van will be provided, fuel card, materials, paid parking, allowance, paid holidays & bank holidays, pension.
