Our client who speciliase in Healthcare/Medical Recruitment are seeking a friendly and hard working Office Manager to join them on a permanent basis in their Hertford office. On offer for this permanent role is a salary of up to £35,000 depending on experience, plus perks.

What does the role entail?

As the Office Manager you will manage all the company's external services to keep on top of budget allowances, companies suppliers which may include uniforms and IT services. You will also be resonible for the compliance aspect which could be conducting spot checks on consultant's candidates and ensuring that all staff are using the CRM correctly.

You will ultimately support on all HR and employee lifecycle activities for the agency from an administrative perspective. A variety of other HR duties and ad hoc HR projects will form this role.

What skills will you have?

To be considered for this Office Manager position you will have at least 1 years experience in Healthcare compliance as well as being happy carrying out a wide duty of administrative and compliance tasks. On top of the skills to carry out the job you will be a friendly team player who is eager to learn and develop and support where needed.
