The hours for this role are Monday - Friday, 9-5:30.
Please note the role will be based fully remotely, and requires the successful candidate to be fluent in both Dutch & English.
Duties to be performed in the role will include:
* Answering incoming calls and customer queries
* Helping manage the customer experience
* Meeting weekly KPIs
* Answering e-mail requests
* Helping renew subscriptions
* Communicating with third parties to ensure all information is up to date
* General administration
