Sales and Contracts Administrator
Location: London - Hybrid
Salary £30k + Company pension
Full Time Maternity Leave Cover

The Role:
Reporting to the Contracts Manager,
You will be responsible for:
* Raise sales contracts and operate our internal sales approvals process, including maintenance of associated documentation and tracking systems
* Assisting Sales team with the production and delivery contracts
* Working under strict deadlines to ensure all contracts are processed as quickly and efficiently as possible
* Liaising with the clients regarding contract amendments and new location agreements
* Processing the new agreements in Sage CRM and effectively communicating the relevant information to the delivery team.
* Assuring confidentiality and security of documents and information
* To undertake ad-hoc projects according to business needs
* You will be joining a growing fast-paced company and will be expected to be a self-starter and be able to work independently.

Candidate Specification:

* Ideal candidates should possess practical experience within a similar role
* Will have strong administration skills - minimum two years experience is essential.
* Understanding of finance administration / invoicing, contract value, etc.
* Previous experience of working with CRM systems is essential
* High level of attention to detail
* Good learner who is comfortable in working with various platforms and systems
* Flexibility & ability to be a strong team player
* High level of professional and personal integrity
* Microsoft Office (Word & Excel - at least intermediate level).
* Proficient in written and spoken English
* You will be joining a growing fast-paced company and will be expected to be a self-starter and be able to work independently.
