Salary: £36 - 40k
Hours: Full time
Location: South East London, Sidcup (opportunity for hybrid working)

Amber Mace is working with an established Occupational Health provider looking to expand their team of Occupational Health Advisors in Sidcup, South East London (Borough of Bexley). Our client provides effective service and advice on work related issues and health surveillance programmes.

Your role will include:
• You will conduct health surveillance and provide reports
• You will provide assessments and screening, reporting the outcomes in line with our clients procedures
• You will be responsible for case management, providing reports for the OH Managers when required
• Provide clear advice regarding health and wellbeing
• Create risk assessments and report appropriately if required
• Assist with providing preventative strategies
• Conduct pre-placement reviews, and fitness for work reports when required.

• Registered General Nurse, NMC registered
• You must hold a valid NMC Pin
• For this position, you are required to hold an Occupational Health Qualification (degree/diploma)
• Previous experience within the Occupational Health sector
• Exceptional case management skills are required for this role (this would be 80% of role), your role will also include Fit for work medicals, DSE Assessments, Drug and alcohol testing, pre-employment screening, and wellbeing advice (no health surveillance in this role)
