Goldman & Fine Group is looking to recruit a Site manager in Wimbledon (5944)
We have a really exciting opportunity to join a well established bodyshop as a Site Manager looking after the Wimbledon branch. This site has just been through expansion and refurbishment, we require an experienced bodyshop manager who can continue to support and lead the team while achieving the site KPIs.

This role offers a salary up to £60,000, £4,800 car allowance and £12,000 bonus potential.
Main accountabilities:
* To mentor and lead a team of skilled production operatives, customer service advisors, drivers and VDA’s, while encouraging a collaborative working environment, which focuses on the customer and what matters to them.
* Ensuring your team produces quality repairs and adopts a “right first time” attitude.
* Delivering on promises made to our customers which ensure that they will be without their vehicles for the shortest possible time.
* Understand and be able to analyse key metrics on site performance.
* Ability to drive site forward and increase profitability.
* Identify opportunities which promote customer satisfaction or process improvement.
* Ensure BSI, Health and Safety and manufacturer approval standards are adhered to.
* Collaborate with other departments internally and externally.
Desirable qualifications and experience;
* Experience in general production or automotive body repair environment
* Be able to lead, motivate and inspire your team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work to group and site key performance measures
* Embed a team working culture
* Able to identify the cause of issues and blockages, which interrupt the flow of work
* Completion of performance reviews and development
