We are working with a high-end cosmetic organisation who are looking to hire a Senior Buyer to join their growing brand. In this newly created role, the incumbent will be responsible for working across the business's brands to ensure the purchasing requirements of the company are done in an efficient way. Working closely with other functions of the business such as Head of QA and QC as well s Sales and Marketing Manager.

As a Senior Buyer, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Take full control of the end-to-end sourcing process
Liaising with suppliers and developing a strong rapport with them
To obtain pricing for products to support the quotation process and keep a record for comparison at time of purchasing.
Set clear saving plans/targets
To support finance with invoice queries in the event purchase orders do not match invoices
Overseeing inventory buying and stock controlTo be a sucessful Senior Buyer, you'll require the following experience:
Minimum of 5 years procurement experience within a boutique environment
Thorough understanding of costs from source to destination.
Project Management capability
Proven track record of delivering category growth and cost savings
Understanding of product technical requirements.
