One of my renowned clients based in Guiseley, is looking for an experienced Credit Controller that ideally has a good knowledge & understanding of company accounts and debt management.
Lovely office environment, very friendly atmosphere and social culture.
Customer service is essential for this role as these are ongoing key customer accounts you will be managing.
The role is 37.5 hours per week (9-5 start and finsih times flexible - Mon to Fri) managing a large volume of customer credit ledgers for UK customers. Hours can be flexible with later or earlier start time.
Managing customer accounts debt by telephone and email
Processing and generating reminder letters and monthly statements
managing customer credit limits - liaising with customer service teams
Liaising with the sales ad accounts teams to resolve outstanding queries
Daily and month end reporting and account reconciliations to credit insurers
Investigating and resolving queries relating to non-payment of invoices
Working to monthly an annual collection targets
Managing aged debt
Release of new sales orders once credit approved
Monthly management reporting – excellent Microsoft Word & Excel needed
You will need to have previous experience of working in a busy and pressured finance department with excellent exposure to credit control or debt management.
This is a lovely small office environment - the office team are super friendly and make the days go faster with a giggle.
Excellent Excel skills, a polite but tenacious telephone manner and good systems knowledge is what we are looking for.
