Driven Logistics are currently looking for an Accounts & HR Administrator for a temp to perm role for our established client based in Scunthorpe (DN15).

Immediate starts available and permanent for the right candidate.

The role requires diligence and the ability to maintain confidential information.

The role:

* Monday to Friday

* 08:30am to 17:00pm (Can finish at 15:00pm on a friday if wanted)

* Working closely with the other members of the Accounts Team in order to fully understand Customer and Suppliers requirements and expectations.

* Raising weekly and monthly sales invoices

* Handling purchase invoices and statements, reconciling and communicating with suppliers.

* Reconciling reports sent by Accounts payable and Credit control

* Raising and monitoring purchase orders in a timely fashion

* Production of weekly reports

* Supplier & Customer Query investigation & resolution

* Dealing with customer enquiries

* Deal with any adhoc procurement needs

* Identify opportunities for and initiate continuous improvement projects

* Administrating POD’s

* Checking revenue streams

* Payroll inputting and checking

* Attendance & Holidays inputting and checking

* Preparing HR documents and letters

* Note taking

* Data input

* General Administration Duties

Pay rates:

* £10.00 per hour PAYE - £20,800 salaried when taken on perm

Applicant MUST:

* Have previous experience in admin and accounts

* Have proficient knowledge of Microsoft office, particularly words processing and spreadsheet skills

* Be 'Customer Service’ oriented

* Have Good written and verbal communication skills

* Be able to work under pressure.

* Have the Ability to learn quickly and have a can-do attitude
