Marketing Manager

Location: Hove

Salary: £35k - £40k

Hybrid working available

We are currently recruiting for a standalone Marketing Manager role, based in Hove. Hybrid working will be available once a successful probationary period has been passed. Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, with excellent benefits and rewards available. In return for your hard work, you will be offered: 28 days (inclusive of Bank Holidays) per year, rising to 33 days after two years' service, workplace pension with employer contributions, employee of the month programme, plus employee of the year also! You will be responsible for driving multi-channel marketing campaigns and communications that raise awareness of and drive leads for all of the company's business solutions.

Duties will include:

Digital and offline campaign planning and delivery
Budget management
Content planning, creation, and publication of SEO optimised blog posts
Strategy development in line with company objectives
Working with an external agency to deliver PR, events, and manage sponsorships
Overseeing the Marketing Support and working together on social media strategies
Working with the external consultant on an SEO strategy
Email marketing via newsletters and ad hoc campaigns using MailChimp
Working with the Marketing Coordinator to plan and create infographics, videos and animations
Website Management - content updates using Webflow, working alongside external digital designer
Internal Marketing Communications

To be successful for this position you will ideally have B2B marketing experience, plus with a degree or relevant working experience. A basic understanding of SEO would be advantageous, plus a basic understanding or working knowledge of the duties above. You must be proactive with strong planning skills, and an ability to use MS Office Suite.
