Become an Assistant Site Manager on a brand new residential project in Milton Keynes. The scheme consists of a traditional build development and you will be No.2 on site, assisting the Site Manager (No.1) throughout the project.

Duties

Reporting into the Site Manager
Work on internal or external packages
Support with inductions and toolbox talks
Work in line with company programmes with understanding of customer care
Ensure subcontractors work in line with programme and targets
Ensure the No.1 on site is made aware of any issues not rectified
Organise trades & labour and subcontractors
Give clear direction to on-site team to ensure targets are met
Ensure the on-site team are provided direction in terms of their responsibilities
Working in accordance with specifications and build programme
Ensure Health and Safety regulations are adhered to
Monitor and drive through quality at all stages of the construction process
Ensure remedial work completed before occupation

Qualifications

Experience in residential build
SMSTS, CSCS
First Aid
