The eCommerce Manager’s role is to take ownership of the company website, helping to develop the online business, constantly analyse performance and driving sales.

Role Responsibilities

Maintain the company website, ensuring the user experience has a logical and intuitive flow.
Create new sections of the website when required and requested.
Maintain customer email database, following GDPR policy.
Owning the relationship with external third-party marketing partners, with good working knowledge of SEO, Google & Social Ads and PPC.
Analysing site performance through tools such as Google Analytics, focusing on UX at all times
Providing insights on customer shopping trends, feeding back to department managers with the aim to increase sales.
Close collaboration with the Marketing team to manage online promotional campaigns and email marketing, ensuring a consistent tone of voice.
Working closely with the Website Fulfilment and Warehouse Teams to execute a smooth delivery of goods.
Being commercially astute and alert to industry trends to position sales tactics.
Working with management to create e-Commerce strategy and vision.
Work closely with EPOS Team to ensure stock levels for online sales are accurately processed and recorded.
Manage the online ticketing system for events and catering.
Lead by example by always offering excellent customer service, ensuring all interactions are professional and positive.
Managing the e-Commerce Team.
Required qualifications & experience

E-Commerce management experience of a B2C retail website (2 years +).
SEO and PPC knowledge.
Adobe Photoshop skills.
Strong data analysis skills.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Merchant Centre, Google Search Console and Google Ads.
Preferred qualifications & experience

Experience planning and implementing business e-Commerce strategies.
Experience using Word Press, Corby + Fellas & managing third party agencies.
