Facilities Assistant (£23,833 per annum, full-time, permanent)

We’re looking for someone to join our friendly team to provide a high standard of facilities services to all our customers. It’s a busy environment and no two days are the same but it’s an opportunity to learn all aspects of facilities management and for the right person there may be an option to undertake a professional qualification (after probation) if this interests you. You must be hard working, self-motivated, organised, able to prioritise tasks and happy to pick up the phone and talk to people.
Your day could be spent ordering and distributing supplies, helping out on reception, booking servicing and repairs for our fleet or dealing with our inbox. You will often be one of the first people staff and visitors will meet when visiting the office, so you’ll need a positive and approachable “can do“ attitude and be flexible enough to cope with changing priorities throughout the day.
Experience of working in a busy environment, a driver’s license and an understanding of Health & Safety at work would be an advantage – please give details in your supporting statement - but these are not essential.
You will be confident in using Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel.
