Due to continued growth, and in-line with our strategy, we are looking to appoint another Internal Sales colleague to our UK team to offer dedicated support to one of our regional BDM’s.

How You Can Help Us:

* Support the External Business Development Manager (BDM) to achieve & exceed the annual sales territory revenue targets

* Produce quotes and contracts when required from the information provided by the BDM

* Cold call development & need generation

* Warm lead follow-ups & appointment setting

* Existing customer account management: improve & extend (e.g. further new product introduction)

* Researching, identifying & developing short & long-term selling opportunities

* Achieve KPIs and targets as set by the business

* CRM record keeping up to date & accurate including pipeline management

* Contact new and existing customers in line with agreed schedules

* Successful conversion of inbound lead to qualified appointment

* Demonstrate high levels of motivation & drive, share success with colleagues

* Identify cross selling and up-selling opportunities.

What We Would Like You to Bring to Our Team:


* Experience in an internal sales role, preferably in B2B.

* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel Outlook & PowerPoint).

* Willingness to try new things, innovative & pioneering approach.

* Good listening and questioning skills to fully understand customers’ requirements and problems.

* Good interpersonal and relationship building skills.

* Good geographical knowledge.
