Job description – BD Telesales

About client:

A well-established and progressive design and build company with a strong pipeline of projects. We pride ourselves on delivering a diverse range of projects from concept to completion. Will join a team of 6 with product training given.

Job description:

The duties and responsibilities include:

* Build strong, trusted relationships with prospective clients

* Maintain consistent contact with existing clients

* Manage your sales pipeline

* Quickly and effectively analyse market opportunities and establish competitive advantages

* Good knowledge of the construction/ design & build market beneficial

* Be able to work in a fast and organised manner

* Continually enhancing depth and breadth of sales skills, staying current with external market

Your qualification, skills & experience:

* Strong negotiation skills

* Strong communication

* Proactive in your role

* Self-motivated on a day to day basis

* Comfortable working with tight deadlines and high demands

* Self-confident, independent, flexible and open-minded

* You are a true collaborator, able to create good relationships with those around you and have a desire to learn and understand how our business works.
