A Microsoft Partner, and one of the very few talent acquisition and advisory providers selected by Microsoft for their UK Partner Talent Services, we operate a remote model with our people based all across the UK based including, Cornwall, Devon, London, Birmingham, Staffordshire, Derbyshire and Yorkshire.
With almost 500% growth in just our first 19 months, and plans to scale even further in this next financial year, we have and a range our services outsourced externally, but now need to onboard an Operations Coordinator to support the business across operations, HR and finance.
Flexible for the right individual and experience, and open to motivated graduate’s looking to develop through to our Operations + HR Lead and eventually Operations Director, this varied and busy role offers somebody a chance to develop.

Experience + Skills:

- Business Reporting + Analysis
- Management of contracts
-Customer agreements, contractor on-boarding + management
-Timesheet management + invoicing coordination
- SharePoint + document creation/management
- Invoicing management + liaison to accounts
- Master sales ledger management
- Sales forecasting + analysis
- Employee Offers / Contracts
- Employee Management (Holiday requests, reviews, memo’s)
- Personal development plans + training coordination
- Organising quarterly summit events (UK/Overseas)
- Supplier Management (JobBoards, CRM, LinkedIn, commuincations)
- Support to Partner Talent Director + marketing
- Procurement + Microsoft Licensing
