Our client, an International Removals Company, is looking for an experienced Relocation Consultant to join their busy team in Middlesex.

As the Relocation Consultant, you will be managing the entire relocation process; coordinating all services and ensuring customers are receiving a high quality service.
We are looking to speak with candidates who already have international relocation experience, or in a similar customer service related role
The ideal candidate will be confident, self-motivated and have excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with clients, shipping lines and suppliers.
Relocation Consultant main duties:
Handling a caseload of relocating employees and their families
Acting as the main point of contact for the relocating customers
Managing the delivery of services, including household goods and liaising with these services to ensure the smooth running of the move
Skills Required from Relocation Consultant:
Excellent organisation administration and planning skills
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Sensitivity to the needs of culturally diverse assignees and their families
Fluency in IT applications e.g. Microsoft Office and related platforms
Attention to detail and numeric skills
Flexibility and a willingness to undertake additional tasks as required
