It is a very exciting time for us as we continue to evolve and improve our outstanding platform and exceptional service offering. But despite us enjoying exponential year on year business growth, we need a Head of Marketing to drive our marketing efforts.

Bigger. Better. Faster.

Our challenge is turning our leads into conversations and improving the understanding of our marketing funnels.

But the role is a lot more than just lead conversion.

You will be the King or Queen of the marketing department, with full responsibility for all direct marketing, digital marketing, web-based content, offline and online media marketing and social media marketing.

As the Head of Marketing, we want you to take full ownership of the funnel workflow, optimize automation, deliver relevant segmentation in email sequences, and create visually inspiring and effective Board level progress reporting.

Writing high value content for seasonal digital marketing campaigns and redesign of our digital assets and creative copy is also a priority.

Right now, this is a crucial standalone role within our core business – SSG Partnerships. There is headcount to grow your team as appropriate and a medium term opportunity to widen your responsibility to both our services – Partnerships and Ventures.

We are based in Hemel Hempstead and the role is hybrid office & home based.

So, what are we looking for?

* Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a senior marketing role

* CIM or professional marketing qualification

* Proven track record in driving multi-channel marketing programmes which has in turn, increased lead quality, sales conversion and ROI

* Experience in campaign planning (top & middle of funnel) including conception, analysis, content writing and video creation

* Experience in segmenting target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

* Reporting & monitoring KPIs– Google Analytics, SEM

* Experience in using LinkedIn Campaign Manager

* Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

* Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

* Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

* Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad campaigns

* Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
