CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Technical Site Supervisor to work on a site based in Stafford, leading a team of skilled technicians and contractors to ensure delivery of production and facilities maintenance at an industrial and manufacturing site.

Key Responsibilities

Management of all reactive and planned work orders through CMMS systems
Main point of escalation for client's leadership team
Point of escalation for soft services delivery (Security & Cleaning)
Lead proactive site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance
Hands on' support to team in service delivery
Planned and reactive control of BMS
Full control of contractor management
Ownership of health, safety, quality, and compliance documentation and fielding all related audits.
Attendance at and the CBRE lead at client safety and production meetings
Direct management of the maintenance team
Manage and participate in on-call rota
Manage and participate in overtime requests Person Specification/Requirements

Deep knowledge and experience of engineering practices and environments
Electrical and Mechanical qualification essential with water hygiene desired
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to quickly form professional relationships with colleagues and clients at all levels of seniority
Experience in working in a high safely, compliance and quality environment
Accurate with exceptional attention to detail
Confident and assertive where required
Flexible approach to working hours
Understands and appreciates the importance of using discretion
Team player who deals effectively with colleagues and clients
Good IT skills (Word, Excel, MS Outlook, CAFM/ CMMS)
GCSEs - Maths and English minimum C grade
Experience in leading control of contractors and Safe Systems of Work
