Finance Assistant -SAGE 50 experience

Our prestigious client based in Peterborough is seeking an Operations Administrator to support all things clerical.
This exciting and critical position is varied and encompasses a large amount of business support and accounts administration.

The main business areas you will be supporting are financial administration, HR administration and facilities, including Health and safety.

Roles and responsibilities but not limited to

*Invoice processing, supplier payment runs, processing customer payments, log and process expenses claims, maintenance of staff mileage logs
*Finance Committee minute taking
*General office administration; including internal & external mail, Outlook upkeep, stationery, diary management, upkeep of Staff Notice Board
*HR administration, including annual holiday and lieu cards, production of Personal folders, training and recruitment.

This is just a snapshot of what you could be responsible for. Your duties will include a considerable amount of correspondence via letters, emails and telephone calls.
