Your target will be to continue the significant growth achieved, providing you with the opportunity to review all the operations and processes in the business. You will also be required use innovation to bring more delight to customers, drive efficiencies and provide greater opportunities for staff to develop their careers.
The organisation operates within the Construction supply chain, providing highly complex, bespoke solutions and has a reputation for providing a professional, reliable and customer-focused service in South & West Wales
You will utilise your commercial, operational and technical leadership capabilities and experience within the construction sector to take the business forward, growing market share, improving business practices and exploring new markets. Experience within energy efficiency services is highly desired to support future diversification.
When a period of change is being planned, the leader must be able to influence the people affected as to the reasons why change is needed and how they might benefit. It’s always a challenge presenting financial information back to the board whilst keeping it interesting and gaining the confidence required, so your influencing skills will need to be well developed as will your financial acumen.
Salary and package are negotiable depending on experience and what you can bring to the company
