Our client based in Farnborough is looking for a Sales Support Administrator to offer a high level of sales support administration to their Business Development Team. In this role, you will receive support and training to ensure you have the skills to perform the role and the opportunity to acquire further qualifications. There is also the opportunity for progression.

Engaging with existing customers regarding customer enquiries, support regular account review meetings
Primary administrator of the CRM System and on a day-to-day basis generating customer quotations, processing receipt of order.
Answering and screening internal and external phone calls and emails.
Actively involved in the support and co-ordination with the delivery teams to ensure that customer work is assigned.
Scheduling appointments for the Business Development department, suppliers, and customers.
Maintaining and updating supplier, sales, and customer records - through CRM System.
Keeping track of the Business Development team's communication with customers using CRM System.
Preparing and filing/storing of sales contracts.
Liaising with other departments on administrative matters of mutual importance.
Performing research toward identifying potential sales leads and pitches.Requirements:
Full Driving Licence
1 - 2 years in similar role
Understand Sales and business development function
Ability to work under pressure & prioritise work
Ability to work in a team
