Job Title: Business Consultant

This is a unique role that involves both national and international travel to my client’s top accounts who are typically KOL-led Aesthetic Clinics, both stand-alone and chains.

The role involves analysing the client’s business and presenting a plan to stimulate further growth, improve processes, establish training programmes, P&L analysis to name a few tasks.

Region:

Due to the company's growth, I am seeking a new team member located in Berkshire or closely surrounding regions. We would also love to hear from candidates who are located within a 20-30mile radius of this region.

Candidate Profile:

My client only employs the best and then invests a serious amount of training and development for the successful candidate.

We are looking for candidates who tick the following boxes:

Education and Experience:

* University degree in business/biochemical related with MBA preferable

* Proven experience in business development in a similar capacity

* Demonstrable experience in management/strategy consulting

* Significant relevant sales or marketing experience

* Strong management experience including budgets and personnel

The ideal candidate will also have:

* Excellent Communication skills, both written and oral, including presentation skills

* Problem-solving & Analytical skills

* The ability to build Cross Functional Relationships

* Demonstrable coaching and training experience

* Influencing skills / Leadership

* Teamwork/knowledge-sharing attitude

* Proven Proactivity and entrepreneurship skills

* Great pride in his or her professional demeanour.

* A full UK driving licence is essential.
