Our client, an online recruitment coordinator, is looking for a positive, energetic, and experienced account manager to join their team.

The role:

* Deliver exceptional customer experience through every interaction with your portfolio of clients and recruiters that use the marketplace

* Qualify, onboard, and support new employers using the platform

* Manage, retain, and grow client accounts to increase the number of jobs posted per client and the value per client

* Oversee your clients' jobs on the platform to ensure they are filled by our recruitment network and both clients and recruiters are satisfied with results

* Share market intelligence with clients to support their hiring strategies

* Host briefing calls with clients/recruiters and to ensure recruiters fully understand job briefs

* Liaise with recruiters to gather and consolidate feedback and market intelligence to support your clients' decision making

* Identify opportunities for growth within client accounts and seek referrals to new clients

* Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts

* Work across functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success

* Upsell clients to a subscription service on 12-month contracts

Desirable:

* Someone with recruitment/tech experience would be nice but is not essential

* You must have had exposure to either recruitment environment within agency or inhouse or as an account manager.

* World-class customer service.

* Experience of spinning many plates and prioritising your workload; the marketplace is very active, and our clients need support while our recruiter members are hungry.

* You should be comfortable in a targeted environment We’re not up for micro-management and want people who understand the importance their contribution makes into the overall success of the company.
