Executive Officer position is a managerial role based in the court room with responsibility for managing formal court proceedings. The clerk's duties within the public sector are to manage allocated court by empanelling Jury, taking verdicts, clerking various other hearings, ensuring hearing records are accurate and all after court hearing work is completed accurately and in timely manner and to do checking and resulting in order to meet Team's target.
Training will be provided.
" This should include information pertinent to the level of DBS required if applicable.
" Responsible for managing formal court proceedings.
" Be able to use Word, Excel
" Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage completing demands in a fast-paced environment.
" Display the civil service values.
" Maintain accurate effective working relationships with clients.
" Ability to build good working relationships with colleagues and clients.
" Have good communications skills both oral and written as will be dealing with Judiciary, advocates, Juries, Witnesses, defendants and other court users and stake holder.
