Cherry Professional are working with a leading manufacturing business to recruit in their administration department. You’ll provide a link between customers, the external Sales Team, Customer Service, Credit Control and Product Scheduling, to create an efficient and reliable service with the aim to grow sales.
Calculation and submission of written quotations against enquiries received via email or telephone from established and potential customers.
Strategic pricing analysis to ensure quotations are appropriate for the target audience.
Initiate calls with established and potential customers to determine opportunity, competitive situation, objections and effectively communicate the features and benefits of products.
Build and maintain relationships with multiple contacts (both internal and external) including key stockists and distributors.
Support the Regional Sales Managers with leads received through the office and ensure quotations are followed through.
Project manage larger quotations and co-ordinate with other areas of the business so that they can address actions accordingly.
Experience in a fast-paced admin environment.
Knowledge of prospecting, closing and sales techniques/best practices.
Be detail-oriented, resilient, solution orientated, adaptable and comfortable working under pressure.
