As a supervisor you will also be a role model for members of your team by spending time resolving enquiries. You will motivate, train and develop a team. Experience as a Supervisor/Team Leader to ensure that a first class customer experience is provided when resolving enquiries.
You will monitor operational data and ensure targets are met and ensure all data is protected in line with the organisational policies.
Experience with developing a team
Exceptional customer service skills and experience dealing with complaints
Good IT skills, including Word, Excel, CRM and databases
Experience in recruitment and resource planning
Experience in developing a contact centre team
Experience in managing multi-channel enquiries, phone, email, online chat and social mediaBenefits:
